Pediatric Medicine Excellence Summit

The Pediatric Medicine Excellence Summit convenes at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, bringing together 700+ paediatric specialists, neonatologists, and child health researchers for three intensive days of clinical science and policy dialogue. The summit is co-organised with the Canadian Paediatric Society and the Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids).

The 2026 programme addresses the most pressing challenges in contemporary paediatric medicine: the global rise in childhood mental health conditions, the expanding landscape of rare paediatric diseases, advances in paediatric oncology survival rates, and the evolving global vaccine landscape.

A dedicated Neonatology Masterclass running across all three days provides intensive training for neonatal intensive care practitioners, with simulation-based components using SickKids' state-of-the-art skills lab facilities.
